Zugegeben , ich habe sie erstmal mit einem alten T Shirt ausprobiert nur die letzten 5 Min ohne TShirt und war total überrascht wie gut das klappte auch ohne T Shirt.
Nach ca 5 min wird der Rücken warm und es ist total entspannend. Ich habe dabei meine Lieblingsmusik gehört .
Ich habe die Matte zurück geschickt weil das einfach nichts für mich ist. Aber optisch sieht sie gut aus. Qualität auf den ersten Blick auch vollkommen ok
Ein bisschen mehr Geld auszugeben lohnt sich definitiv. Denn nicht nur die Verarbeitung und der Stoff sind klasse. Von mir gibt es eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung!
Ich habe mir die Matte bestellt, da ich an Rückenschmerzen leide. Das Rückenteil und das Kopfteil kann getrennt voneinander benutzt werden oder zusammen. Am Anfang war es gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber mittlerweile halte ich es schon längere Zeit darauf aus. Meine Schmerzen haben sich etwas gebessert. Das es mit passender Tasche geliefert wird, finde ich super.
