Good quality product. I am an old school RN, yes and old. 20+ years now in acute care, and most in ICU. These are great, light weight, and can hear good with them, I have hearing loss. Don't get sucked in to paying big bucks for a high end stethoscope. In the end you will hear all you need to with these and when someone "borrows" them and don't return them you won't feel like someone stole your car!

This is a great stethoscope. It is very comfortable to wear either around my neck all day or in my ears when listening to patients. I can hear well out of the diaphragm. To me, the sound was more clear than a Littmann lightweight. It came with multiple earpieces, but the ones already on it were perfect. It also came with an extra cover for the diaphragm. This was the only reason I was replacing my previous stethoscope. It was also a Prestige Medical clinical lite and I had used it for 5 years.

I already have a pricey stethoscope (Littmann Master Classic). In comparison, the Littmann has more comfortable ear pieces BUT I hear everything I need to BETTER with this. Another plus is that it is lightweight and longer than my Littmann.
