Nice starter PC. I was given my brothers PC which was junk so I stripped it for parts and purchased this. First off, very bright. Easy to set-up as long as you follow instructions. Everything is pretty fast. I can run a game like Starfield and watch youtube on my other monitor. but beware, please update EVERYTHING. especially the graphics card or everything will crash nonstop.

Don’t Waste Your Money, Spend The Extra On a Better System

my pc arrived 3 days ago, it came in great packaging, arrived exactly when it said it was supposed to, and even had expanding foam in the inside, ensuring the safety of the system. The RGB lights looked great and i was overall impressed. That’s where the good ends. Fast forward to now, 3 days later, i was running fortnite (low settings, very low demand) and next thing you know the pc turned off and my headphones started a constant buzzing noise, my keyboard lights turned off as well as my mouse. I started wondering what happened so i tried turning the pc back on, but the system wouldn’t do anything. I unplugged it from the wall and plugged it back in then tried to start the pc again… it came back up! just to shut right back off not 2 seconds later no exaggeration, now it constantly does this when i try to turn it on, the lights come on for 2 seconds then turn back off for 10 and so on… i was able to reach out to amazon tonight and setup a return to get my money back, i’ll for sure be taking that money elsewhere and dropping the extra 200-300 dollars to ensure this never happens again. if reading this helped in any way then i feel like i’ve done a solid favor to somebody and helped them save their money and time, this was very disappointing, although, i guess you get what you pay for.

I have had it for 2 days now and I have had no problem expect for when turning it on or off the rgb don’t do it instantly but they still turn on and when to turn it off i have to turn it off using the back button also. But other than that it’s amazing and I would recommend.

EDIT: its been 2 weeks and i overclocked it and im running warzone at 65 fps. Fortnite at 60 and warthunder at 120 fps

1. I read reviews about the rx580 and the ONLY issue is the wifi really. So I bought a wifi dongle before hand even tho is come wirh one everyone said to get a better one.
2. The mouse it looks like they heard the complaints ans made is about 5% better lol alright seriously I bought a razer before hand.
3. The keyboard I wanted to try it. Honestly it's really cool looking but really cheap. The shift key jammed once shorted the keyboard and froze the computer within an hour of opening it. Unplugged the keyboard plugged back in wouldnt. Work. Unplugged it again turned the computer off, turned it back on hasn't had an issue since 3 days later. It's a 400 dollar computer. Don't expect the world from it but if you're lucky you can get a good money form every option. I recommend getting an Intel i3 10400 tho to put in it, it will just run better. Also I got the 8gb ram one and received the 16gb so buy now if you're thinking about it. Ohhh and the speaker, it's a free speaker so yay lol

Keyboard and mouse are very cheaply made mouse broke within the first few days of use literally fell apart. The space button on the keyboard springs popped right off and now it doesn’t work correctly would love replacement, mouse, and keyboard. My son saved his money from Christmas and his birthday Plus chore money to buy this for himself, and literally literally fell apart on him.😔

My son saved his money for many many months, Christmas birthday chore, money every dollar he ever got he put away to purchase his own PC when he got enough money we ordered it. He was so excited when it came in he was even more excited. It looks very cool, and was easy to put together, however the keyboard mouse and Bluetooth speaker are very cheaply made or we just got defective ones because within the first week all three were broken the mouse literally fell apart. The speaker stopped charging and the keyboard space button springs literally popped off and don’t work correctly anymore it sticks on one side need to say my son is extremely disappointed. I hope there’s some way to fix this issue would be wonderful to get replacements. 😔

I'm in my 70's and bought this because my internet sucks big time. I was hoping that because gaming computers are made to process fast it would improve my computer experience. I don't know enough about computers to know if this is the case BUT the new computer works way better than my old one. I'm not getting glitches, stuttering or stalled now. The price was about the same as a regular desktop computer so I threw caution to the wind and bought it. My biggest problem was setting everything up because it came with very limited instructions. I do, however, have a much flashier computer than any of my grand kids so bonus points for that. I only gave 3 stars overall because I can't speak to the gaming part, my tech support was my grandson but I thought the price was very good for everything that I got. I'm not a fan of the sound bar. It sounds way better than regular speakers but tends to shut down randomly and I don't know how to fix that. I also miss have a place to insert a CD but I know younger gamers probably don't use them anymore.
