    Wird vorwiegend zum verzieren von Karotten, Gurken und allerlei Gemüse verwendet - die Kids freuen sich...

    Ärgerlich finde ich den relativ großen Barcode Aufkleber, der auf dem Griff klebt...den konnte ich 1. nicht einfach am Stück abziehen, obwohl es ein Folienaufkleber ist (er riss mehrmals ab...Frickelei ist eben nicht meins) und 2. hinterlässt der Aufkleber einen Klebeflim, den ich nur mit Alkohol entfernen konnte. Man hätte den Aufkleber auch gut auf die Bilsterfolie kleben können in der das Ziseliermesser verpackt war.

    Denkt mal drüber nach @Rösle - dann gibts beim nächsten auch 5 Sterne ;-)

    Endlich habe ich einen Schneider gefunden, um richtige Zesten aus Zitronen etc. zu schneiden. Mit etwas Übung sieht es fast so aus wie in der Cocktail-bar, geht aber viel schneller. Wenn ich meinen Feierabend-Gin trinken, möchte ich mich nicht länger an der Garnierung aufhalten, wie ich zum trinken brauche.

    If you're looking at this, you're probably looking at high end cooking (or bar I suppose) gadgets.

    I have a few Rosle things, and they're all gorgeous, well made, heavy, and work like a champ, though sometimes you have to get used to using them! (their tongs are weird but awesome, for example.) Fortunately, this thing is as simple as it comes, scrapes great small or larger zest strips.

    If you have the money to spend and enjoy quality gear, you won't be disappointed. If you're on a budget, there's a million options that will work well and be far less expensive, but rosle stuff is just so damn cool.
