Meet Seth Tandett, our charismatic podcast host who’s as solid as the concrete he works with! Hailing from the vibrant city of Richmond, Virginia, Seth is a master of all things concrete. He’s been part of teams delivering top-notch, turnkey concrete construction services across central and southern Virginia, and his projects are like his favorite cup of coffee - strong, smooth, and always served ahead of time!

Seth’s professional journey is as diverse as the buildings he’s worked on. From multi-level structural concrete to data centers and federal facilities, he’s done it all. Currently, he’s flexing his business development muscles at Baker Concrete Construction, Inc., while also serving up insightful conversations on the Concrete Logic podcast.

When he’s not talking concrete or assisting clients with upcoming projects, Seth loves diving into economics, exploring American history, and going hunting and fishing. But the real cornerstone of his life? His family! Seth is a proud husband and father of four amazing kids. His family is his biggest project and his greatest achievement.
