Nothing will be shipped to you on purchase of an instant download. After buying Etsy will direct you to the page where you can download your items. You can also go to the ‘purchases and reviews’ section in your account. Find the item on your order list and click the download button next to it. Save to your computer.

**Please note that there is no refund on instant downloads and unless specified in the description, they are for personal use only. Thank you :)

This means any included packing slip will not have prices printed. If you are ordering internationally, total price of the order must be written on the custom forms by law even for gifts. I am happy to include a small note to the recipient. Please leave the details in the note to seller or message me when ordering. Please note, I will ship to the address you give when ordering - see above FAQ and under delivery in the shop policy section.

My ethos is reduce, re-use, recycle. This is also true for my packaging. The majority of my shipping envelopes will be handmade from repurposed materials ... don't panic, it's all clean and totally fit for purpose.
