We sell retro and vintage items that have been used and therefore the items have normal wear for their age. Any larger flaws will naturally be noted. We always take pictures and describe the condition of the items but please feel free to ask for more pictures or info. When you have any questions, comments and / or suggestions please do not hesitate to contact us.

A condition overview and measurements are included in the item description for every item. Please read through the entire description before purchasing. If you're still not clear on something, feel free to ask questions!

We make best effort to package all our items carefully using industry standard packing materials; styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, foam sleeves, or a combination of any or all these (depending on the item). Fragile items will be cushioned and clearly marked. We are happy to gift wrap smaller items and even include personalized notes, just send us a message! We can also ship directly to the gift recipient.

If your item arrives damaged or you are unhappy with it, please contact us immediately. We are happy to consider refunds or returns and will work through your concerns on an individual basis. We may ask you to provide photos of damaged items or condition flaws. We try to describe all items to the best of our ability, but we do miss things sometimes.

Unless otherwise mentioned, insurance is not included. If you'd like to add insurance to your order, please contact us for a quote! We are not responsible for lost packages however we are happy to work with you while the package is in transit. That said, we cannot take action on packages that have been marked as delivered. If at any point you have questions, just contact us and we'll figure something out!

You can decide to return the ordered item(s) within a 14 day period. This period begins the day after receipt of your order. After we have received the item(s) - in the same condition as we have sent them to you - we will refund the full amount (excluding return postage costs).

If packages are returned to us, additional shipping costs will need to be paid for by the buyer, to re-ship the item. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping fees if an item returns as an unclaimed package. If an item is returned the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. You are buying an antique or vintage product which inherently shows wear and age.

We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays in regards to customs clearance or if an incomplete address was provided.

If your package is returned by the carrier because it has been unclaimed or the custom fees have not been paid, shipping costs for a second shipment will be requested. No refund will be possible.
