I wrote a review for all the other beads that I ordered and didn't receive and described everything as much as possible because the text fields weren't enough! This shop is simply a total fail. Yes, the beads are certainly great and yes, some people have definitely had better experiences, but unfortunately I only had very bad ones! I've been struggling for weeks to get my order. Nothing like that. Everything was forwarded to etsy.hilfezentrum and I got my money back and even the shop was compensated as far as I know. I wouldn't do that for the poor quality of shipping alone. But the shop isn't even accommodating enough to send me the goods again expressly, which they squandered! Just inconsiderate and compensatory for buyers and sellers, not a recommendation from me ☹️
