The DLC characters of One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows were left behind shadowy silhouettes but it's pretty obvious who they're supposed to be

I really want to see how they make Watchdog Man fight

One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows is Bandai Namco's latest arena fighting game that ties into a popular manga / anime series, but this one has a bit of a twist — its main character can win any fight with just one attack.

Like pretty much every other major title released nowadays, One Punch Man will feature a four-character season pass with three of them remaining shrouded in mystery. Except, they're totally not.

The game's launch trailer does immediately show that Suiryu, one of the world's strongest professional martial artists, will be the first of the pack to come at some point in April.

Numbers two through four, however, remain shrouded in silhouettes, but unlike most teasers, it's pretty darn obvious who they're going to end up being unless the developers decide to throw some curveballs.

The fighter after Suiryu may be the hardest to identify even for those who are familiar with the source material, but the pose and shoes seem to give him away as Lightning Max — even though we can't see his slicked back hair from a dead on angle.

Next in line appears to be the hyper powerful yet strange and mysterious Watchdog Man before capping off with Garou.

The arena game currently features 27 different fighters on the roster, including a dream version of Saitama, so let's take a bit of a closer look to what the DLC can bring to the table to set them apart.

Lightning Max

The A-ranked hero was one of the first to appear in the TV show though he doesn't exactly have the best win record having been saved by Saitama around three times now.

Lightning Max is a martial artist who gets the bulk of his superpowers from his special shoes which allow him to propel himself faster than any normal human could.

Lightning Kick creates an explosion using Max's shoes while he can also activate rocket boosters which can intensify his round-house kick to a superhuman level.

He'll likely end up being a purely close-range fighter that relies on his speed to get the upper hand.

Watchdog Man

The protector of Q-City is probably the most interesting of the three choices, as we hardly ever get to see him actually fight anybody on-screen.

Watchdog Man is a powerful S-class hero who is always seen wearing his dog suit which doesn't really seem to be tied to his powers that we know of.

He actually defeated the next character on our list pretty handily at one point where we see that Watchdog Man fights on all fours where he still has immense strength, speed and defense.

With not a lot of source material to work off of for his moveset, Watchdog Man kinda remains a bit of a mystery though I'm sure they'll work in some paw swipes and other dog jokes with his attacks.

Garou

Silverfang's former pupil appears as one of the primary antagonists of One Punch Man's second season of the anime by using his martial arts mastery to earn himself the title of monster even though he's human.

Garou seeks out heroes to challenge while racking up a body count of A and S-class warriors to the point where some of the higher-ups have dropped whatever they're doing to try and capture him.

By using his Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist, Garou will likely play a bit like Silverfang though much more violent and in your face with his approach.

One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows is currently available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The game's Character Pass can be purchased separately for $20.
