Product description

Made in the South Tyrol region, it captures the fragrances of that area. This deli meat brings together the meat preservation methods that make up its history: the typical salting of the Po Valley in Italy and the natural smoking with beech wood typical of the Nordic countries.

Matured for 5-6 months, it is a product with a balanced flavour and delectable smoky and spiced notes. It can be enjoyed on all kinds of occasions, served sliced on a traditional wooden cutting board or as an ingredient in many recipes.
