Good selection of vegan baked goods! - Edit
This bakery offers a quite large menu of vegan options, some sweets and some baked goods, focaccia, pretzels, breads etc. Really love their salty pretzels! Absolutely delicious! They have multiple locations in Oslo. Do check out their website to look at their menu. Their menu is clearly marked with vegetarian and vegan options!

Delicious cheap vegan options! - Edit
Went to different Backstrube cafe around Oslo as they were clearly marked vegan options. They had: multiple pretzels, spinach roll, potato roll, focaccia bread with baked veg, multiple bread options. Sweets included Apple strudel, Cherry Bake, Apple bake, sweet pastry & cronuts. Loads to choose from plus had vegan milk for tea or black coffee. Was extremely cheap (about £1-£2 per pastry or drink).

I actually went to a different location but I assume that they are all fairly similar. They have clearly marked vegan options available. It is self-service, so you just pick what you like and pay at check-out. They have both savoury and sweet vegan options including roles and bread, focaccia, pastries filled with apple or cherry, etc. When we first went there we had a couple questions and the girl working there was very friendly and helpful. As they have many locations across Oslo it is a perfect place to grab a snack when you‘re walking past.
