We purchased this for our master bath renovation. Quality is fair, although there is more plastic than expected at this price. The biggest issue is the total lack of pressure. I understand the rain type shower head, but even the hand-held wand barely has any pressure. This was both with and without the flow limiting screens. We just started using this, but will replace it soon. It was an unfortunate purchase - cannot recommend.

Installed for us by contractor. No insight as to ease of installation. Works as expected - though oddly, the rain shower head is adjustable (for water angle), while the the hand-held spray only adjusts up and down on the rod. It sprays directly at you - horizontally. Will take a minute to get used to, but my wife loves it!

Not all of the parts as shown on the box were included, so when went to install could not be done, prt needed was not availble in store so had to go to plumbing showroom to find part.Very incovienient

I am very disappointed in the quality for this price. The buttons broke on ours after less than a year of daily use. The pause button and the handheld button both completely stopped working. I would not recommend this system to anyone!

Too expensive and didn’t have the opening level valve, in store was $349.00 on line I paid over $500.00?

This item is over priced for what you get. For the price, the shut on and off vale should be included. I would not buy it or another one unless all parts are included. As far as customer service goes well it could be a lot better

Nice design. But two people, two showers a day and the buttons are broken after one year and the nickel spots horribly. Would not recommend.

This unit received many great reviews and a fair share of poor reviews. I returned mine because it was so difficult to make it fit and install. After the fact, I read a 5 star review by "Amber" dated May, 2022. She used a length of flexible hose in place of a conventional shower arm and mounted the hand shower on a separate wall mounted steel strip. It is ingeneous. I would have done that if I had seen it first. My 2 star review is based on how I think many people would see this unit.

The mounting location of the unit is very restricted and Kohler does not supply critical dimensions or suggestions on where to mount relative to the shower valve. The adjustable position water inlet will not slide in its slot. Kohler support suggested using vinegar and a "little force" to move it. I found one video on Youtube that showed how to bang on a 2x4 with a hammer to move it. Many reviews report very low water pressure issues. I returned the unit.;;

We bought a new house and unfortunately we missed the old Kohler shower head combo we had at our old house with rain head/spray wand, and fixed head. Our new house had the outlet for the showerhead mounted pretty high up so my wife couldn't reach up there. That meant that every shower head/combo we tried wouldn't work for her because she couldn't reach the valve that you would turn to redirect the water from the shower head to the shower wand. We ended up seeing this at Home Depot and it was exactly what we wanted. It was difficult to install but I managed. I mounted it to the outlet first and made sure it was aligned so it sat perfectly flush with the tile. Then I pulled it away from the wall slightly, cleaned the tile, then used my thumbnail to remove the backing from the adhesive and pushed it to the wall. I wanted to be darn sure it couldn't come off so I also used clear caulk around both mount points to create a water barrier. Then after 24 hours I installed the head and wand. It works and looks great!

First the instructions are incomplete. Luckily it is an easy install but why would you print recommended instructions "tools for recommended steps 7 through 12" then not have a step 7 through 12 written. Their is a step 9a writte but no 10 11 or 12. Their is a picture for step 7 8 9 and 10 so their is that. Hopefully once its done being mounted I won't be entirely disappointed but now that I'm seeing all the poor reviews I'm not optimistic.

Broken and missing parts

Bought this for a remodel and installation was fine. Nothing special, cannot use both shower heads simultaneously. Shortly after started using, the magnet housing on the smaller head began failing and now will not hold against the pull of the magnet when removing the smaller head from the rail. Better options are less expensive. This is a product that Kohler makes only for Home Depot and to the best of my knowledge is not available at any other outlet.

The finish on the product was beautiful and it functions great! I especially like the rain shower and the multi shower patterns on the handheld.
