Kreuz Texas Brisket is cooked to perfection in Kreuz’s legendary pits, where the fire has been burnin’ for more than a century.
The Half Brisket is roughly 4 pounds. The Whole Brisket is roughly 8 pounds.
METHOD
Pitmaster Roy Perez does it the right way — smoking our original beef brisket over Texas post oak for hours until the right smell and sizzle tell him it’s ready to serve.

There is a $23.00 dry ice and thermal box fee included in shipping price on all orders. Kreuz uses thermal dry ice shipping for all food items to ensure freshness.
