We are so proud to share these images with you! Feast your eyes on the Hotel Rumbao, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. Situated in the heart of historic and romantic old San Juan, this waterfront property underwent a massive renovation and conversion. L&S was contracted by Driftwood Capital to provide TURNKEY services, handling the Interior Design, FF&E Manufacturing, and Installation of its 240 Guestrooms, Common Areas, and two F&B outlets. Congrats to everyone who made this project a reality!

We are so proud to share some beautiful shots of our TURNKEY project, the Windsong Resort in Turks & Caicos. This resort not only underwent a full renovation of its Hotel, Residences, and common areas, but is also in construction of an additional building. Located next to the beautiful turquoise water of Grace Bay Beach, Windsong Resort combines relaxed luxury, warm island hospitality, and superb amenities to create the perfect Caribbean resort experience.
