We're proud to share that we've taken home the Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds Wellbeing Award at the ALC Supply Chain Summit 2024! This recognition is a testament to our commitment to supporting the mental health and physical #wellbeing of our team members.   This journey has been a collaborative effort, emphasising the importance of psychological #safety, mental wellbeing, and physical health in the workplace. We've invested in initiatives such as Toll’s Mental Health First Aid program and our Together Stronger program, which aims to prevent work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Additionally, we’ve partnered with our Employee Assistance Program providers to offer comprehensive support services that are culturally and linguistically appropriate.   As we celebrate this milestone, we want to thank everyone who has been a part of this journey. Toll's new healthcare facility in Victoria is almost ready and set to open in the next few months. This A$20 million TGA-licensed facility at Melbourne’s Tullamarine Airport Business Park is specially designed for medical supply storage and distribution, including vital items like vaccines and medicines.  As a key partner to CSL Seqirus, the facility is built next to their new plant, making it easy to handle finished goods distribution and supply of raw materials and packaging between sites.
