Thanks, Netflix, for making our lives as advertisers much tougher. We are not competing with other ads, but with the standards you've set for what great entertainment means. Now we must live up to those standards - in craft, ideas, charm -, just so our ads aren't ignored. We can't fail to entertain. We can't afford to be boring. And to that, I say: "sweet." So, what an honor to be here today: twentyrising crafting a little slice of Netflix-branded entertainment. There was no shortage of inspiration: from the passionate team, the fantastic content and the mission to entertain the world - which includes, of course, people of all ages. It's a breath of fresh air to see a brand placing older people - having silly fun, no less - at the forefront of a campaign (shoutout to Bob Hoffman's thoughts on that; link below). And it just makes sense: age should be no barrier to being a fan of what’s trending. Want proof? Well, just talk to the best K-Drama and K-Pop expert I know - my mom.
