Very happy to say that yesterday I received an 80 mark for my dissertation 'BUILDING TRACEABILITY INTO OPAQUE SUPPLY CHAINS USING BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY'. After some rework with the kind support of Prof. Mohan Sodhi the paper is being reviewed by the Editorial Office of Production and Operations Management for a potential publication in their journal. I am even more pleased to announce that I will be graduating from my MSc in Global Supply Chain Management with Distinction. Could not be happier with my time at Cass Business School. #supplychainmanagement

I am delighted to learn that my master's thesis 'Blockchain for Supply Chain Traceability' https://lnkd.in/eNC_PF_i has been acknowledged in the list of ' 150 most influential papers in the last 30 years' published in Productions and Operations Management. Hello everyone! It has been a tough week :( There’s been a second wave of layoffs at Klarna and I have been directly impacted. Although my time at Klarna was shorter than anticipated, I am beyond grateful to have kickstarted my career in Stockholm here. Special thanks to my team Kae Anne Bandoy, Fritjof Bengtsson, Gabriela Guerra, Gustav Osswald, Sandra Starud and Shermaine Heng for incredible teamwork and support throughout this chapter! While this is sad news, I am equally excited for a new opportunity. Brownie points for it being within organisational development or people analytics. I am really happy to share that a paper based on my masters dissertation, co-authored with my adviser, Prof. Mohan Sodhi, has been accepted for publication in Production and Operations Management ( #POM ), a journal listed in the Financial Times list of top academic business journals. The paper discusses the application of blockchain for supply chain traceability, particularly relevant for sustainable sourcing. In the paper, we provide business requirements and critical success factors for implementing this new technology.
