Im Rahmen der von der AuA – Arbeit und Arbeitsrecht Online-Seminar-Reihe „Update Rechtsprechung Arbeitsrecht“ stellte unser Ogletree Deakins Berlin Team fünf Entscheidungen zu den Themen Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung, Kurzarbeit und der Befolgung von Arbeitgeberanweisungen in der Freizeit vor.   Max und Martin hat das Webinar großen Spaß gemacht. A Wonderful #ChristmasParty 2023 at Ogletree Deakins Berlin!   Once again, Ogletree Deakins’ European offices came together for their joint Christmas Party, which this year took place in Berlin.   Our event started with a cheerful get-together in the Berlin office, where we all had fun decorating the Christmas tree. In the evening, the entire teams of Ogletree Deakins Berlin and Ogletree Deakins, cabinet dédié au droit social gathered in the rooftop restaurant Baret at the historical Humboldt Forum to enjoy a delightful dinner in festive atmosphere and with a beautiful view of the Berlin skyline.
