Event Industry Professionals! Catch the wave of our optimism by reading about some of the top events of the past few months and our latest projects in the current issue of the ECC News. The year 2022 promises to be a good one. After having just celebrated the new year with almost 1,200 guests at our New Year's Eve Gala and Late Night Show, we are now looking forward to the coming months with optimism. We were already experiencing a strong increase in event & hotel bookings and are convinced that our clients & guests will be with us again in the usual numbers very soon.

Just a short 500-meter's walk from the Estrel is the #Neukölln Speicher, a one of a kind off-site #location, ideal for #parties and #events requiring a unique setting. The hall was built in the 1920s as a warehouse for steel and now has capacity for up to 199 guests. Services such as event #technology, staffing, #catering, etc. can be ordered via the neighboring Estrel. It was an exciting day at the #EstrelBerlin yesterday! After almost two years of construction and despite the impact of the pandemic, we celebrated the official opening of our new #Auditorium, a 5,000m² extension of the #Estrel #Congress Center. The Auditorium offers space for 788 people and features an amazing 48m² LED wall as well as state-of-the-art connectivity and acoustics. Around its perimeter, are an additional ten event rooms for up to 240 people. Plenty of room for events: The Estrel #Auditorium opens August 26th ++++++++++ With pioneering technology and a compelling minimalist interior design, the #EstrelBerlin is taking the lead in the #events industry with its new Auditorium. The 5,000 sqm building will open on August 26th and function as an extension of the #Estrel #Congress Center (#ECC). The centerpiece of the new structure is the Auditorium itself with tiered-seating for 788 guests. In addition to this unique for #Berlin Auditorium, the new building is home to an additional 10 event rooms for up to 240 people. With the opening the ECC now offers 30,000 sqm of #event space. Estrel Berlin is incorporating yet another component into its comprehensive #hygiene and# safetyconcept: #Covid19 rapid tests will now be used at #events. The #antigen tests are carried out onsite by healthcare pros and the results are available within 15 minutes. Working with assigned testing time windows further ensures a minimization of contact. This procedure enables up to 500 event guests per hour to be tested quickly and safely. #estrelteam #berlin #micebusiness

With a great deal of enthusiasm, #newideas and creative solutions, we have also been working on the web #relaunch of estrel.com. As of the 20th of January, the #website is considerably more dynamic and contemporary. The layout and #navigation have been redesigned to give users a quick and easy overview of the Estrel's pillars "Congress", "Hotel" and "Entertainment." "We attach great importance to a consistent brand experience," says Carolin Rentsch, the project manager responsible for the relaunch. In the future, daily company news will also be more prominently displayed on the site, enabling a swifter response to the fast-moving changes of our current times. www.estrel.com
