Ich freue mich sehr über unseren Beitrag zu _spheres in der neuesten Ausgabe des #Lünendonk Facility Management Handbuches 2023 in seiner 10 Jährigen Jubiläumsausgabe. Unser Zusammenarbeitsmodell #_spheres bei CARIAD SE ist ein ganzheitliches #NewWork Konzept. Es zielt dabei stark auf die Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeiter:in durch dessen Einbindung in verschiedenste Review- und Feedbackschleifen ab. Es fördert die Identität des Unternehmens und das Zugehörigkeitsgefühl der Mitarbeiter:in, sowie die Transformation der Zusammenarbeit. Der Weg der Konzeptentwicklung und Umsetzung nun nachzulesen in diesem hervorragenden Buch mit facettenreichen Beiträgen aus der #facilitymanagement Branche und von vielen Fachleuten verfassten Artikeln. Gestern haben wir unser erstes kleines #newwork Jubiläum gefeiert: der 10. Arbeitskreis „New Work und Workplace Services“ der #Realfm fand in Berlin statt. Gegründet in der Pandemie, fand dieses dynamische Format bisher stets online statt, nun also das erste mal in Persona. Eine abwechslungsreiche Agenda über die Themen #mehrwertoffice und #gasshortage und dessen Auswirkungen auf die #Belegungszahlen in den Büros gab den Auftakt. Ferner haben wir Funktionsbereiche der offices zur Erhöhung der #userexperience diskutiert. Gemeinsam haben wir in spannenden Diskussion festgestellt, dass es ähnliche Herangehensweisen an New Work Konzepte geben mag, aber #kultur #Arbeitsumfeld #Funktionen und Arten der Arbeit unterschiedliche Ausprägungen der Konzepte hervorbringen. Letztlich muss jedes Konzept auf die jeweiligen Unternehmen, dessen Belegschaft und die Unternehmenskultur passen, ferner ob tradiertes Unternehmen oder Startup und auf die jeweiligen Branchen. Ferner haben wir #kennzahlen beleuchtet und auch dabei wieder einmal festgestellt, dass diese in einem Benchmark genauerer Betrachtung bedarf, um sie wirklich vergleichbar zu haben. Eine der Kennzahlen ist dabei auch der Flexfaktor der Sharingrate und damit im Einklang die Anwesenheitszeiten der Mitarbeitenden in den Büros. #back2office Den Tag haben wir mit einem Rundgang bei unserem Gastgeber #merantix in Berlin begonnen - dafür vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, eine innovative Fläche mit einem coolen buzz und vibe. Abgerundet wurde der Tag durch eine Besichtigung von #contentful - vielen dank an #DavidUhlitzsch für seine Zeit uns dieses spannende Projekt zu zeigen, den Schlusspunkt bildete die Führung durch CARIAD’S Zusammenarbeitsmodell: das #spheres Konzept. The first christmas markets have opened its gates to celebrate the advent and christmas time. So it was a great opportunity to decorate the #christmastree at our #cariad offices and make it as a team event to be #back2office, meet nice colleagues and just enjoy to beauty the tree. The #C4PO is a great event to share good ideas, concepts and going forward mindsets within the benchlearning community, it happened for the 2nd time. Our collaboration concept #_spheres has been nominated earlier this year amoungst other great presentations from global players and so yesterday we had the opportunity to present live on stage. _spheres is all about multiple opportunities to work differently, to create great office spaces but always designed and customade for our employees needs to add value. The audience voted: we #won the #change price in the categorie #people and in addition the overall #audience award as the best concept. 🏅👍 To get two awards was completey unexpected - so many many thanks to all voters, but most importantly to everybody from the team who supported and helped to bring this together.🙏🏻 I am very proud and thankful and a special thanks to Dr. Mario Münnich who presented on stage while I was unfortunately sick unexpectedly. Great team result overall and a great motivation to move forward on this track and to always improve and evolve by involving our talents, teams and most foremost our #sphereagents at #CARIAD. They are our multiplicators to bring _spheres to our colleagues and to keep them involved and these colleagues are acting as big supporters to the concept. 👍 Thanks also to the Bauakademie with Andreas Kühne, Sipho Fuhr, Pune Fard to organize the event and bring great people and ideas together. #team #bauakademie #newwork #involvement #change #back2office #realestateteam

#mehrwertoffice isn’t it cool to see the full bandwidth of our amenities offer.. #sphere has also now the #kidsbox in our office. This is in the roll out across sites to make our offices a bit more attractive, step by step and to provide a state of the art workspace for all needs.

We care at #cariad and do best to understand the needs and requirements of our employees to create a great place to work. We like to provide best working options rather that just desks to add value, support collaboration when you come back to our offices. Based on recent comments to my posts, the „Hollywoodschaukel“ seems to become one of our „trademarks“ to foster our brand🧐👍 - seeing you - happy easter! #officemunich

After two year of planning, construction, customer feedback and interaction with #KGAArchitects, as announced the new office #cariad is going live, the first boxes have been delivered and employee will show up shortly.. great space and well positioned for back2office… see you!

Just found this documentary about future cities, its impact to the environment and most formost the radical different thinking and approach to use resources. The documentary shows the re-invention of local use of building material, to reduce transportation of usable goods and to use only what is available in your neighborhood-so hope you like it-with more and more upcoming challenges around natural gas, oil or even short quantity of sand to construct building, new ways of thinking sounds like a good plan. #planete #future #environment #building #futurecities #zdf #documentary https://lnkd.in/dxiJ4sAT
