*Liberating yourself from bondages makes you COURAGEOUS...it's even more tempting to attempt one at Rs 25* .... that's the price of the book called Yoga Darshan by Maharishi Patanjali (by Geeta press). Its a crude book with minimal risk of translation loss (many people have translated this book including Swami Vivekananda, Isckon etc, i read both) .... Looking the the price (@25Rs) commercial forces will never push this to you. But having read several translations, i would rate this book as 10/10 while translations as 6/10. Strongly recommend to anyone who is interested in ATMA-Chintan (separating one's spirit from the mind and body) and hence uncovering the power of PURUSHARTHA (aatma) .... Swami Ramdev has used just one among many methods of spiritual-realization practices recommended by Patanjali (highlighted in image below) ....i found the HOCRUX (think Harry Potter!!) method also to be interesting (also highlighted in this page) .... attempt to read the Sanskrit words over here ....you will find it useful!!

*#Strategy: tit for two tats* If you do evolutionary studies, you will find that prisoner's dilemma effect is omnipresent. Species choose to either co-operate or defect (cheating others) as per their selfish interests. However, the evolutionary stable state (ESS) would be the point of tit-for-tat with positive tilt towards co-operation, as this is the point of maximum pay-off. Note that, you might end-up being SUCKER (see the 3rd quadrant - attached photo) where you cooperated while others cheated you (think Ajit Pawar vs Sharad). In such cases, the one who defected/cheated (Ajit) enjoys the maximum benefit at the cost of the one who couldn't predict the cheat/co-operated (Sharad). Interestingly, in nature, the pay-off for niceness and forgiveness is maximum. Hence, people who follow *tit for 2 tats (you cheat/punish once in exchange for two cheats received - you also forgive and move-on while others evolve towards co-operation)*, they enjoyed better pay-offs than in cases where both party keeps cheating each other. Now, you see why: 1. Mr. Sharad Pawar is one of the best strategist?? 2. You must not get lured by looking at the pay-offs of a cheater/trader?! 3. Once get cheated, never retaliate with cheat (atleast not immediately and surely not perpetually!!) Maximzing once own pay-off is what matters.

*The universe is populated with stable atoms/things* survival of fittest is just a special case of a much bigger (more general) law; *survival of the stable* (connect this with the spiritual concept of #SAMADHI; a stable state of mind). *The universe is populated with stable things; rocks, galaxies, ocean waves.* They are all stable patterns of atoms. Salt crystals tend to be cubes because this is a stable way of packing sodium and chloride ions together. So is true for SUN. Hydrogen is fusing to form helium as that's the most stable configuration. Hence, the *point of minimum energy* is an important realisation that I had over last 2 years' of spirituality practises (1 hour pranayam/dhyaan + food consciousness). Achieving the same output with half the effort (minimal energy) is intillegence. Be it in (1) health; sitting at one place and doing pranayam for physical health /dhyan for mental health) vs going to gym, swimming, running, zumba etc etc. (2) money; compounding at 20% by doing nothing than doing lots of activity in the name of business. *Warren buffet's dividend is 59x higher than the salary of COKE's CEO.* You can apply this mental framework to almost every aspect of life. All right things magically coincides with each other. For example; bhakti yoga, Gyan yoga, dhyan yoga, ashtangaa yoga or ASTROPHYSICS. I have done a tremendous amount of research on #SPIRITUALITY. I would be more than happy to share it with anyone interested.

*Analysts are super sensitive community;* There is a risk that if someone says *"HI"*, the analyst might end-up interpreting it as *"I LOVE YOU"*. Typical school-boy (but not gals, they are smart) problem. Pun intended 🥲

*What's better than meditating on Krishna?? - Bhagvad lesson for investors!* knowledge (gyaan) is better than doing senseless activities, dhyaan of Krishna (becoming conscious of the perfections around) is better than GYAAN (mathematical meditations), sacrificing (not even thinking about it) the fruits of the karma is better than meditating on Krishna!. Investors, like a farmer, must only think about the farm. Obsessing about fruits will force you to fall for senseless activities. Nonetheless, This won't be possible for investors getting benchmarked every month! But, the philosophy that Krishna explained himself is worth thinking about. Must attempt to read the Sanskrit words. I could now read all of it with 95% accuracy. Learn Sanskrit and must read the original versions of Gita, Bhairav Tantra and Patanjali Yogasutra. It's a must read.

Mind your mind. A wrongly directed one could do you more harm than your worst enemy (think obesity, diabities etc). A well directed one could do to you more good than your parents.

what is it that intellectuals simply don't want to believe?? ....they wouldn't have let less efficient things to survive. But should you despise flowers for being less efficient than grasses? ....theory of sexual selection explains many things (marketing specially) that theory of evolutions fails to explain.

*Meditate upon a dead body!* Now since last 8 months I had been exploring anything related to spirituality (knowing your own true-un-colored-self). Patanjali accelerated this journey by stressing upon importance of symbols/objects (including mind - the bone-box) to drive UTSAHA (excitement) and hence reach same place (of self discovery) through effortlessness (emotional state of mind lasts long hours vs logical state of mind) However, meditating on a CORPSE (as suggested by Mr. Thich - a popular Buddhist monk from Vietnam - he got a noble peace prize for his work. More than 90 year age and still alive and kicking), will help accelerate the spiritual realisation journey faster. Interestingly, i tried doing this at Manikarnika ghat (this place is specially blessed by SHIVA: the fire of CHITA never doused here even during rainy season -24*7) in Varanasi (my hometown). Realisation of our interdependence grows gradually: *how the presence of everything which is not US gives birth to our existence*. Also, understanding of emptiness, enhances our understanding of life - realize how both life and death are connected to samr source - this is also where the idea of non-descrimination takes ROOT. *Strongly recommended to anyone on the journey towards #spiritual realisation.*

*How strong/weak you think women are?? * ...compare her with men on moral power, power to self-sacrifice, on endurance, on courage, on appeal to other's heart for non-violence ....in almost every parameter she is MORE powerful ..... *men in blind-selfishness crushed women soul, making her belief she is weak* ..... if women did not succumb to "the enjoyments" she could show to the world the *infinite strength that is latent in her* ....writings of the MAHATAMA makes the longing towards self-realizations more deeper!!

Part -2 (part-1 is previous post) Following changes in lifestyle I would highly recommend which I am practising myself; *(1) change your one meal to fruits and nuts* ...this has been my final discovery on food after TONS of research .... if i would have read autobiography of Mahatma Gandhi earlier; i could have saved much time on this research .... now (since last 8months) *i eat just 2 meals:* one at 12:30: 3 fruits (restrict to one kind only - i would eat banana or oranges or mosambi for multiple days as long as it's fresh and cheap - meaning as per the season) and 5 nuts (literally 5: 5 almonds or in equal prportion walnut, pea nuts etc) ....u can choose whichever nut depending on ur budget/liking (don't eat cashew!) ....spiritual yogis prefer peanuts as it's abundant and cheap ... *The math of hunger* If u eat 3 chapatis in lunch ...that's equivalent to 15 NIWALA (assuming 5 mouthful in one unit) ....by this math: above prescription (of 3 fruits) is enough to feel full ....or you can choose it proportionally *2) sit one hour in one posture (the 🪷 lotus form is highly recommended: aka Padmasana)* ...with eyes closed ....now, what will u do in this one hour u need to self-experiment ...try to read more and maximize on other people's research on this (i liked budhhism related stuff on mindfulness - u can start with Thich) ....also, feel free to talk to me to get quick download of all my-research ... *3) Choose one God* ...i never new about this unless i read on Ramkrishna Paramhansa (guru of Vivekananda) ...follow the law of natural attraction and choose one God whosoever u get max attracted ....this helps as a meditation object ...it's easy to be in emotional state of mind (like true love) for long hours!! *Conclusion: getting free from bondages will make u courageous and more productive* ....least, becoming a great-investor and a great-human being becomes a default-output ....take care of the roots, the fruits happen by its own (12 years is the patience timeline for spiritual realisation or the fruits to be visible to other)
