Every problem has a solution, but you need to raise your consciousness

Einstein said, “No problem can be solved from the same consciousness that created it.”

In our everyday life we face problems in many ways. It’s our ability to respond to them adequately determines success or failure.

Problem solving is challenging and people fail to solve problems effectively can be lack of knowledge of the techniques and processes involved in problem solving, lack of commitment to solving the problem.

Without understanding what the problem is, there is a tendency to jump into solutions, which is the most common mistake that I have seen why problem-solving fails.

When we jump into a solution, there is a difficulty to recognize there is a problem.

“Respecting the rhythms of a problem is directly link to the success of the solution. Acting too quickly or waiting too long can have real counterproductive effects” HBR Review.

To find a solution to the problem we may feel stuck and this is why the Einstein quote is very relevant, we cannot have the same mindset in solving the problem that created it.

While solving problems a great deal of energy is spent looking at the wrong place and this is why the problems we encounter keep recurring

To solve the problems effectively, we need to experience a jump in consciousness.

By experiencing a jump in consciousness, we will try to look at the problem from a different perspective.

“Creative problem-solving techniques are valuable skills to cultivate. They can lead to the kind of innovative solutions that allow you to overcome obstacles and find the best possible solutions to even the stickiest of situations. Some of the best solutions are the simplest ones and all it takes to find the solution is to gain a fresh perspective”- Derrick LaFrenier (Executive sales and professional trainer)

So, to solve problems in this fast-changing technology driven world, it will be impossible with yesterday’s solutions. Hence change the way we were doing things because imagining it is the same problem as was solved in the past, it ignores the current context
