I look to serve and accept new adult clientele experiencing the possible need for mental health therapy in an outpatient private practice setting. I have 10 years of background serving clients in throughout Central Oregon who have experienced Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Major Depressive Disorders, anxiety disorders, Bipolar Disorders, and Adjustment Disorders.

I hope and aim to utilize the foundations of my approach and experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to aid clients in their path and process towards addressing, reducing, and/or managing the distress and difficulty they are experiencing.
