PwC Switzerland is pleased to announce that we have supported EGS Beteiligungen AG (EGSB) in its acquisition of a majority stake in the SERTO Group. SERTO Group is a specialist in the field of tube fittings and pipe connection components. The management of the SERTO Group remains invested.
SERTO Group is a multinational producer and distributor of a wide variety of products ranging from standard tube connections to individual system solutions, with a global key client base across various industries including Transportation, Energy and High-Tech. The Company was founded in 1952 and is headquartered in Frauenfeld, Switzerland. In FY22, the Group had 276 employees.
PwC provided buy-side support (financial, tax, pension, real estate and IT due diligence) as well as structuring and SPA advice to EGS Beteiligungen AG.
