1. Kindly make a printout of this warranty claim form first and then filled it by your contact details through hand
written (Note: Your Name / Address / Phone Number and E-mail ID should be Clearly Visible).
2. Please send this warranty claim form along valid proof of purchase receipt (VAT/GST Invoice Receipt / Bill /
Sale Receipt) of the product. These two papers must be attached along with the defective product and safely
packed into the cardboard or cartoon box packaging which more secure in shipping transit period.
3. As soon as you’ll ship the Product via courier, please retain the courier consignment receipt with you as it will
help you to track the courier delivery status online via “Shipment Tracking Number”.
4. Please note that the “Brandeyes Customer Service Team” will be the final Determining Authority for all
potential Warranty Claims for Service and Replacement or same Color Preference (Depending upon stock).
5. Warranty shall be void if the product has been opened or attended at any Unauthorized Service Center or by
any Non-Authored Person.
6. This warranty shall not apply to damages caused to the product by accident, lightening, ingress of
water/moisture, exposure to caustic substances, fire, improper ventilation, dropping, mishandling or excessive

7. Brandeyes is not responsible for items Lost in Transit. For this reason, We Advise exercise of caution by the
Customer in choosing the right courier and for obtaining correct packaging and tracking number when
shipping any package.
8. Skullcandy regularly changes the models, colorways, and styles of its Products and cannot guarantee the
availability of an exact replacement for any Product.
9. If a replacement for the defective product is not in stock, Brandeyes reserves the right to replace the defective
product with a similar product of approximately the same value (the same value mentioned in the VAT/GST
invoice receipt/ paid value).
10. Please allow us 14 working days’ time to successfully process your product’s warranty claim. Also, please
note that any changes for the delivery Address/ Name/ Phone Number & E-mail Id except of this warranty
claim form will not be treated.
