Delivery Terms:  Orders are shipped out within 2-3 Working Days of Placing Order. Our tailors operate on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the store might be closed.

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 business daysTransit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 – 22 business days. This varies greatly depending on the local courier in customer’s country, which is responsible to deliver your order to your door-step

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. 


Shipping: All products are shipped via reputed international courier companies such as DHL, UPS and other such renowned companies that are completely insured and reliable. We always strive to offer our shoppers the lowest shipping charges possible, courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number. At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the product, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.


Duties and Taxes:   Shipping to our International Customers can cause extra taxes and import duties about which we don’t have any idea and thus, we can’t give you the accurate calculations. You are responsible to pay those taxes and   import duties.This doesn’t apply for shipments to USA, where prices are inclusive of taxes and customs duty


For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. We are unable to change the address once the order is on transit. If you find the product is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the product from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the product has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the products to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

We do not accept returns on any products since all the products are customized items, we only accept return if it’s damaged during transportation OR wrong product delivered.


We double check the product before shipping, so there is no chance of damaged or manufacturing defect.In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged during transportation OR Wrong product delivered, you must email us at info@shopkemis.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you further instruction to process the return.
