Conducted approx. $5.3 Billion dollars worth of transactional consulting advisory and financial projects. Access to unique Private Off Market opportunities via the huge network of C-Suite professionals built up over 25yrs. Access to hundreds of Sovereign Funds, Private Equity Investment Trusts, Hedge Funds and Family Offices.

Axel Tillmann is a serial entrepreneur having run a few companies in Europe and USA.  For the last 6 years he has been coaching, and mentoring startup and companies, including the spin-out of a $20B Japanese corporation.  Axel is comfortable in many different verticals and has embraced entrepreneurship as a way of life.

Prior to his current roles Co-founding EIR at Pitch Global (recent event pitchglobal.com/cvc and ongoing partner of UC Berkeley Global) and Managing Director of Alpha Consult he was CEO of a US arm of a Fund-of-Funds and managed about $150M in portfolio investments. Positive exits included SMI to Intel and BrightSource Energy.  His operational experience includes Arcsight (acquired by HP), Azure Technologies (acquired by GN), ENIRA Technology (acquired by ArcSight) to name a few.

An accomplished speaker and author well known for his technical expertise, Mr. Tillmann advises numerous industry organizations and served on several Boards – and steering the companies to success.

Dr. Constantine Meletiou is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of international experience (USA, Europe, Middle East & Africa). Constantine has served as a key member of Global Leading Consulting Groups and renowned Client Organizations and has successfully been engaged in international operations, projects and major capital investment programs with an aggregate GDV exceeding $30 billion across various industry sectors such as Manufacturing, Construction, Infrastructure, Energy, Real Estate Investments & Development and Alternative Investments.  He has recently served as the President of a leading Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) Management Group heading the Capital Raising & Distribution in several sectors.

Constantine brings a wealth of relationships in both private investment and public sector institutions across the world and has a well rounded experience in Strategic Business & Investment Advisory with special emphasis on Global Fundraising, Sourcing of International Strategic Investors, Investment Implementation and Direct Acquisition of High-end RE assets in the global market.

Dr. Donald W. Wise (USC Doctorate Class of 1977; Cornell University School of Hotel Admiration Summer of 1990-1991) is one of the nation’s preeminent real estate hospitality investment bankers. 

 

He is the Co-founding Managing Director and Chairman of Newport Beach-based Turnbull Capital Group, and the Founder of the firm’s high-profile Hospitality Investment Banking practice. He previously served as the de facto Founder of CBRE Hotels in 1984 and shepherded that practice for 15 years with that firm. He previously served as the Founder and Managing Director of the Hospitality lending practice at Johnson Capital, now Walker & Dunlop, and shepherded that practice for 125 ladies and gentlemen and 22 offices. Dr. Wise is known as one of the most “connected” real estate hospitality investment bankers throughout the worldwide hospitality and real estate investment community at large. 

 

As a hospitality investment banker Dr. Wise has over 39 years of real estate transactional and financing experience encompassing nine billion dollars of  real estate transactions and financings.  As a seasoned professional, Dr. Wise distinguishes himself by seeking out projects that are more difficult and in which he and his team can provide a niche specific value-add.

Stephanie Lindstrom

Stephanie Lindstrom is a Biochemist/Molecular Biologist turned operational, strategic and business specialist with over a decade of R & D experience in biotech/academia with collaboration across interdisciplinary fields and a focus on innovation and scientific advancement. She heads the Business Development & Investor Relations for Rejuvenation Technologies, a Stanford biotech with a valuation of $1B+ focused on reversing aging and treating age-related diseases. She collaborated with the CEO and COO to execute strategic partnerships, sourced new opportunities consistent with Rejuvenation’s scientific and business objectives, spearheaded capital fundraising and drove decision making through the deal process for seed-growth stage investors for multi-$M Seed-Series A campaign. 

She serves as Asst. Director of Longevity Global, a curated group of top scientists, entrepreneurs and investors collaborating and catalyzing innovation to enable medical breakthroughs in the longevity field. She was a core member of the Protein Engineering research team at Genentech, conducted research at the interface of biologics discovery and protein engineering to drive innovation and develop next generation therapeutics. Her research led to the discovery of receptor selective Apo2L candidates selected for clinical trials for treatment of solid tumors, earning her team multiple U.S. Patents. She helped found NCL San Ramon, a philanthropic organization and held increasing roles including President & CEO and District 12 Officer, overseeing 19 executive teams and 4000+ members. Adept at influencing stakeholders, strong negotiations and business acumen offer a unique blend of expertise to maximize high level corporate actions and impact. Merging her scientific training, business development strategies and knowledge of the investment landscape, she is passionate about translating life science technologies into clinical assets, connecting the industry with the investment community to advance innovative technologies to the market.

Stephanie Lindstrom has a BSc in Biochemistry from UCLA and MSc in Chemistry & Biochemistry from SFSU. Awarded the U.S. Department of Education Graduate Fellowship in Chemistry & Biochemistry, Edwin Motell Scholarship for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement and graduated at the top of her class.
