Patrik Kühnen is a renowned German tennis player and Davis Cup winner in 1988, 1989 and 1993. His outstanding skills took him to the quarter-finals of Wimbledon in singles in 1988 and to the semi-finals in doubles in 1993. With several singles and doubles victories on the ATP Tour, he cemented his place as one of the outstanding personalities in international tennis.
After his active playing career, Patrik Kühnen took over the position of DTB team manager from 2003 to 2012 and played a key role in shaping the German tennis landscape. As Tournament Director of the ATP BMW Open in Munich, he further contributed to the development of tennis. Patrik is not only an expert on the court, but also behind the microphone. As a podcast host and live expert on Sky Sports, he shares his extensive knowledge and passion for tennis with a wide audience. In addition to his sporting successes, he is the co-author of the book "Enjoy Your Game".
