It happens only once a year! The Outpost ministry is excited to partner with Torchbearers for a weekend conference of Bible teaching, music and fellowship. Teaching sessions will be led by Dan Thomas and Sam Hatfield. Anyone with a hungry heart is welcome!

CONFERENCE SPEAKERS

Dan’s family has a rich history with Torchbearers. His grandfather founded the ministry in 1948 and Dan’s father directed Ravencrest for decades and led the international ministry. As the Director of Timberline Lodge, Dan sees to the needs of staff, provides direction organizationally and teaches at Timberline and other Torchbearers centers around the world.

Sam is the Bible school Principal at Timberline Lodge. He and his wife Laura, both alumni from 2012, returned to Timberline Lodge in 2015 as one-year volunteers and have been on staff ever since.

11:15-12:30p: Session Four: “Is anything too difficult for Me?” (Jer. 32)

12:30-2:00: Lunch break and a time to connect with others (light lunch will be provided)

2:00-2:30: Outpost/Torchbearers Ministry updates

2:30-3:45: Session Five: “Can these bones live?” (Ezk. 37)
3:45-4:00: Break (with refreshments)

4:00-4:30: Worship

4:30-6:00: Session Six: “Whom shall I send?” (Isa. 6)

Dan will be presenting Sessions 1, 3, and 6. Sam will be presenting Sessions 2,4 and 5.

The vision of this series is to look at these questions that God asks His people and see how the question often shows us God’s heart and God’s desire for the life He desires for us to live. In each of these sessions, this life is only possible through the one who is “The Life” Jesus Christ.
