Cannot fault the service so far, booked via the website Monday and Chris arrived Wednesday for installation. Chris was prompt and friendly, he explained everything and showed me what I needed to know. Also once the lads had left, you would never have known they were even there as my house was left spotless and all surfaces protected whilst installing. Chris also gave me his business card and assured I could call anytime if I had any questions or issues. Really reasonable prices and excellent interest free finance available.

Engineers were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient they carried out the boiler replacement and took care in removal and replacement.
Cleaned up any mess and made sure that I was happy with everything before leaving i.e that brickwork was made good internally and externally and ensured that it looked as though they had never been.
Would thoroughly recommend this company for boiler replacement 5 ⭐️

Booked a next day appointment after our Nest had stopped working. Chad Rees was super helpful, text the night before letting me know what hour he’d arrive. He explained the problems and what he was going to do before starting. Just super friendly, was a really nice experience.

just had my annual service by Steve Dove from Boxt.

Showed so much respect for my home by covering everything up and leaving it as he found it.

Had a new boiler installed by Rob Bodie & his apprentice, amazing service very helpful from start to finish. My boiler and surrounding area now look a million times better than before. Rob was very thorough on completion showing me the work carried out as well answering any questions i had. Rob also left the property clean and tidy which is always great to see. Would definitely use again and recommend to a friend/family.

Sean H was professional. He sent a text the night before to let me know what time he would arrive. Luckily he did as there had been a mix up at HQ. He also answered all my questions which was extremely helpful.

Once I had the Google case number, I contacted Boxt who organised a visit the very next day. Wing Lee (the engineer) arrived on time and was very friendly. He had the old Heat Link switched out and the new one connected in no time at all. Overall an excellent, fuss-free service from Wing and Boxt - 5 stars!!

Such an easy process from start to finish. Boiler arrived when expected as did the engineer. Darren fixed problems (due to no fault on his part) when they occurred and explained what and why he was having to do what he was doing. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving and explained all the paperwork and warranty etc. Would definitely recommend Boxt.

I’d had an issue with existing boiler and wasn’t getting great service from those with blue vans.
Had a look at the Boxt website (excellent) and already had a couple of replacements in mind…
A callback got Luke to transfer me to Pete in the technical team. 20 minutes discussing my install I’d paid. Advice rather than a hard sell really helped, a few pictures whatsapp’d made it so easy.
A day later Harley arrived to fit and commission. He was tidy, polite and worked like a Trojan - he wouldn’t leave until all the rads were balanced perfectly.
The investment in tech behind the process is very evident, as is the vetting of subcontractors.
If you’re thinking of a replacement, try Boxt, you’ve got nothing to lose.

Great experience for something that could have been a lot more hard work to sort out! Rang Google Nest about my thermostat not working, had a engineer out two days later, and he was great, our engineer was called Wing - Lee and he communicated to us from start to finish, was in and out in 15 mins tops… all sorted, great job thank you, really happy👍🏻

I recently had Solar with battery storage installed at my property by boxt. From the initial quote to the installation and the official handover Charlie and Andy the Solar Manager were great. Both were on hand by email and phone with any queries. Heron Electrical who did the installation were professional and neat, great lads. Was a minor issue with some material but Charlie arranged for it to get delivered to site the same day so didn't affect the install.

My heat link for my Google nest thermostat had stopped working and required a replacement. The engineer who came to replace this arrived within the time frame provided, he took his shoes off on entering my home without me having to ask and was very friendly from the start. After showing him to my heat link I left him to it and within 5-10 minutes it was all done and my thermostat fully functional again. Very satisfied with the service provided and definitely would recommend BOXT in the future.

A big thank you to Chris and Steve for fitting our boiler. It was a stress free experience. They were extremely helpful showing me how to work the boiler, giving great advice. Had my boiler, that was installed by Boxt, serviced for the first time today and the whole process from booking it at the start to the service carried out was excellent. Steve Dove was the engineer and was on time, efficient, pleasant and clean/tidy. Everything completed in an efficient manner.
