I was so disappointed with the home insurance rates I had from my previous home insurance company. I was looking for a better rate that I could afford. I searched for a quote online and Chelsea at Topline insurance came to my rescue. She was professional and God sent. She simply made a very stressful process easy. I.was so happy with the new rates I received I told my family and friends about Topline insurance was the best insurance experience I have ever had, great experience.

I received a quote from Topline and when I agreed to purchase a policy, I needed to provide additional information ie a 4 point inspection, and wind mitigation report. I provided everything asked for and I never heard from the agent again.

I contacted customer service through the website and they responded that someone would be in touch with me in two business days. I never heard from customer service again either.

Worst possible service ever!

My home insurance policy was suddenly cancelled last year after years of coverage. I called several brokers for a quote without too many responses. Top Line was the first to get back to me. From the outset they were very professional and moved my insurance application along quickly. In the end, I had better coverage than my previous policy.

My existing policy wasn’t going to be renewed so I was looking for a new policy. I contacted a couple of companies but, was very impressed with Chelsea at Topline. She was extremely helpful in putting together different options for quotes. Her responses to my calls and emails was very quick. It was a pleasure dealing with this wonderful person.

I dealt with Jose He made it very easy for me and helped me with any necessary paperwork that I needed to get for the insurance company from the condo association that I bought. It was very thoughtful return my calls very promptly. I would definitely recommend them as your insurance company

Carlos helped me find the right home and flood policies for highly competitive premiums that were nearly 50% of the cost of other quotes. Carlos was responsive and reliable, and made what I thought would be a difficult process seamless.

I sent notice to Chelsea Cerge telling her that we sold our home in St. Petersburg. I requested refunds of insurance payments including Flood Insurance. I sent all documents from the Title Company about the closing of the home on December 1. Today I received an email from Chelsea Cerge saying they were cancelling my policy for non payment. I guess the computer didn't get the information.

I was very happy with the service I got from Bruce Keindle. He was able to help me in getting what I needed with my home policy and explain what is was and I also let him be my agent for auto policy when it is going to be renew. He is a very good person that knows his job very good.

My agent, Patricia St. Elien, is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. She is quick to respond and helped us find better and less expensive coverage for both our homeowners and flood insurance. She was able to cut our homeowners insurance by 1/3 of what was projected. She is fantastic!

When all 4 policies were supposed to be completed I kept receiving notices that things were missed. Even after asking if policies needed any more documents. I even had a policy canceled for non-payment after asking if you had all you needed and if all were complete.

Winston James took the time to let me explain my needs . He made sure he understood my concerns and then found a solution and company that fit my needs. And at a price that was a 1000.00 below my last quote and more coverage than was previously quoted .
