Unprofessional, Incompetent and shady.
Unprofessional. They cover for each other’s mistakes. They asked me to write a letter of complaint to the same people who I was complaining about. Then they send me a letter saying I did not have a case. The letter they sent has inaccurate information about my case. They even mentioned a company that I supposedly work for but the name of the company is not even close to the company I actually work for. Incompetent, unprofessional and a total lack of transparency and honesty.
Stay away from this A-kasse. TOTALY WORTHLESS.
