I found it really useful so thank you. My only gripe would be including the root word 'Shy'. Personally I think 'Shier/Shyer' (apparently both are correct although Shyer is "Queen's English) is a bad use of English and that 'more shy' and 'most shy' would be better.Otherwise an absolutely fabulous resource.

I have just found this sheet and am going to use it next week to reinforce the superlatives they have been working on to describe the Gruffalo for a wanted poster. This will help us to see if they really understand superlatives or not.
Year 3 to catch up on revision of comparatives & superlatives.Would be good to have some picture examples as well for the less able.

This worksheet provides ample opportunity for kids to learn positive superlatives, such as happiest, kindest, brightest, sunniest, and more. These lovely positive superlatives will be great for kids to use in their writing in other English lessons.
This worksheet is particularly helpful for visual learners, as each of the words in the first column is accompanied by a colourful image. However, for kids who don’t find this visual aid useful, there is also a version of the worksheet that doesn’t contain any images.
