Current responsibilities
Teig Hutchison joined JLL’s Minneapolis Agency Leasing team in 2019 and brings over two years of experience within the commercial real estate industry. Teig focuses on tenant prospecting, lease negotiations as well as day-to-day client management for suburban and urban office buildings in the Twin Cities’ Market.
Experience
Teig’s previous experience includes two years at Cushman & Wakefield where he focused solely on Agency Leasing. Notable Twin Cities Class A office building leasing assignments include 701 Carlson, PwC Plaza, and T3. As tenants become less market focused, Teig’s diverse market representation is essential to determine
how workforce trends influence the commercial real estate market.
Teig works closely with tenants to ensure high retention rates and rent growth for building owners of all sizes.
