We were blown away by the tasty yet minimalistic dishes, all boosted with a beautiful well-balanced acidity. What’s in the menu varies day by day based on what nature has currently has to offer. But one thing for sure, the team at Nisch pick the best of what they can get from the fields, the sea & the forest and turns into something truest special.
