Very old I was told by the owner, this scissor is a collection piece although still quite sharp. They are 6 1/2" long. the color is faded or needs cleaning, I am not an expert. there are stampings all over and a logo for the FLAME SOLINGEN GERMANY. On the handles it says: WELTBEKANNT and EXTRA QUALITAT . The other side LOUPER 730 the front says : KOYSER ELLISON SPECIAL STEEL. Both tips have been broken and I am selling as is.
