CLARK GABLE in April 1937 meets his old sweetheart FRANZ DORFLER / DOERFLER at a Los Angeles Courtroom when she appeared as a witness on his behalf when he was falsely charged with being the father of the 13 year old daughter of English woman Violet Wells Norton when he was supposedly in England living under the name of Frank Billings in 1922.
