BIEBER FEVER HEATS UP IN LIVERPOOL AS POLICE CONTROL CROWDS JUSTIN BIEBER was finally allowed to interact with fans camped outside his U.K. hotel on Thursday night (10Mar11), after British police chiefs were satisfied his appearance would not spark crowd chaos. Thousands of screaming devotees discovered where the Baby hitmaker was staying while in the city of Liverpool and swarmed the hotel early on in the day. Local cops were called to manage the huge numbers and resorted to asking the 17 year old's tour manager to keep the singer out of sight for fear of a "riot situation" if Bieber or anyone from his crew even waved from a window. Tweeting about the incident on Thursday, Bieber wrote, "THIS IS CRAZY! trying to work it out so i can say whatup to my fans. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!" Police officers were able to get the masses under control and encouraged the star to make an appearance on his balcony in the hope the crowd would slowly disperse, reports TMZ.com. Bieber obliged, forming a heart shape with his hands to show his love for his fans, but they failed to leave and are still waiting outside the hotel. The superstar is in the city to perform at the Echo Arena on Friday (11Mar11). (MT/WNWCZM&WNTWT/KL) England - 10.03.11
